Achieving Senior Action Learning Coach Status

Last month, I had the pleasure of attending the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL) USA Affiliate Annual Forum in Chestnut Hill, MA.  It was a wonderful event, reconnecting with friends and colleagues in the Action Learning world, meeting new colleagues, and as I’d shared in a previous post, meeting Peter Senge.

During the event, I was recognized for earning my Senior Action Learning Coach status, one of just three in the United States. It’s an honor to be recognized in this manner, and a privilege to be able to share Action Learning with others in my coaching work and by conducting workshops.
